Shiregreen student overcomes adversity to secure university spot - Sheffield - Local News - Postcode Gazette: The 18-year-old, who was diagnosed with the condition in 2002, will now study Animal Biology at Nottingham Trent University after achieving three A-levels.

Samantha was supported throughout her studies by the college’s disability department at the Hillsborough College, where she was based.

Samantha said: “I’m so pleased. I got Cs in Biology and Chemistry and a D in English. Everyone in my family is really excited for me.
